DURAMAX INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

 The
DuraMax is a 20 K capacity non-steer
liftable suspension. It boasts a patented
feature not found on any competitor's
liftaxle, interchangeable and
adjustable frame brackets.
Three ride
height bracket kits mount to a single
base model, allowing the DuraMax to
fit any ride height and any frame
width.
Trailer
mounts are available for 15" - 19.5" ride
heights.
The DuraMax
is equipped with an improved
lift spring geometry and a trim
mounting envelope of 24.3".
An optional
integrated air kit is available. This
pre-plumbed unit significantly reduces
installation time.

 The
Model 5500 is a 13 K capacity hi-lift,
non-steer liftable suspension. It features a
direct arm to axle connection,
increasing stability and reducing
maintenance.
The Model 5500
has a patent pending feature not found on any
competitor's liftable suspension...
interchangeable frame brackets and adjustable
hanger brackets. This allows one base
unit to fit most standard truck chassis
configurations. It also reduces the new truck
delivery time normally needed to order a
specific axle for your truck.
By incorporating
interchangeable frame brackets and adjustable
hanger brackets, the Model 5500 can be
completely unitized at the factory,
insuring accurate alignment to the
suspension. |
In addition, it
reduces the cost of your next new truck with the
ability to move the Model 5500 from one truck to
another with minimal added cost. The Model 5500
is available with 15" and 20" wheels for maximum
lift and clearance. It covers frame widths from
33.5" to 35" with ride heights from 11" - 18".

DURALIFT II INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

 The
DuraLift II is a 13.2 K capacity liftable
suspension constructed of high strength
steel and cast aluminum components. It's one
of the lightest, self-steering,
liftable suspensions with standard wheel
ends on the market today.
The DuraLift II
is over 10% lighter, utilizing strong
lightweight components in non-critical
load-bearing areas, including cast aluminum
actuator components; a high-strength
aluminum cross-member; and a tubular steel
axle with cast steel ends. The DuraLift II
provides the opportunity to increase
payload, trip after trip.
The new lift
actuators utilize a more compact and
lightweight rolling sleeve design in
conjunction with zero wind-up bushings.
These actuators operate in-line (parallel),
increasing reliability and durability of the
lift system, as well as providing increased
driveline clearance.
The DuraLift II

also offers an optional factory installed

MODEL 6000 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

 The
Model 6000 is a 13.2 K and 20 K capacity
self-steer liftable suspension. It is
constructed from high strength steel and
custom built for your specific
application.
The Model 6000
features a unique trailing arm design which
attaches directly to the top of the axle.
This design allows the ground clearance to
increase by as much as 2"-4".
The Model 6000
has just 2 bushings on the entire suspension,
reducing maintenance considerably. Up to 10"
of lift are available depending on the
capacity.
